To apply for Membership, complete the the membership form on the following page and post or hand in the Membership Secretary, Fiona Connah, with the correct Membership subscription.

The Members Only page is password protected - apply to the Secretary for access.

 

No audition is necessary, but if you are unsure of which section to join, please speak to our Conductor, Peter Rutterford.

 

Some things you need to know: 
The annual subscription to the Society is £90 (NB those receiving benefits will only be asked to pay a nominal subscription of £ 10). The season runs from 1 September 2024 to 31 August 2025. Subscriptions should be paid to the Treasurer by 17th October 2024.  Payment can be by BACS (bank transfer - preferred) or by cheque - details on Members Only page.

 

Gift Aid - voluntary

If you are a UK taxpayer, for every £1 you give under Gift Aid, Perth Choral Society, as a registered charity (Scottish Charity No SC011142), will receive an extra 25p from HMRC.

Please note that the above details will only be shared with Committee members of Perth Choral Society and may only be transmitted to third parties for Choral Society purposes only e.g. HMRC for Gift Aid.

200 Club - voluntary

The Society runs a 200 Club. Each number costs members £5 per month. 50% of the income is distributed in 3 prizes at the monthly draw while the remaining 50% goes into the Society's funds.

 

Dress code for most concerts:-
Ladies: Full length plain black blouse and skirt or trousers; Choral scarf (available from the Secretary); plain black shoes. 
Men: Black dinner suit, white shirt, black bow tie, black shoes 
 A Perth Choral Society MUSIC FOLDER is used for all events. Ask any member of the Committee for details.
